Learn to SCUBA Dive and get your PADI Open Water Diver Certification in Victoria, Texas from PADI Master Instructor, Paul Brown. The course is designed to provide the student with a fun and safe introduction to the sport of Scuba Diving. The Course is made up of classroom study, pool dives and open water dives.
